Years with Manyet Dance
This is Ms. Shanel’s first year as the office administrator for Manyet.
Dance Background/Credentials
As a child, Ms. Shanel began dancing at the age of 4 through middle school. She participated in both traditional dance school and eventually her school’s dance team. In high school, dance was not an option and she continued with cheerleading…but mostly for the dance aspect! She continues to take Cardio Hip Hop at Manyet.
Prior to coming to work in the Manyet office, Ms. Shanel was a Senior Operations Manager before becoming a stay-at-home mom and running a small side business.
Favorite Style of Dance
Ms. Shanel LOVES Hip Hop! She really enjoys how expressive it can be and how hip-hop dance can be individualized to showcase a person’s unique personality. She also likes the high energy of the dance style and how it incorporates various traditional techniques of dance throughout.
